Lack of Energy WFH
Since transitioning to WFH I've legit become so lazy and tired all day even when I sleep a good amount of hours... I can't get my mojo going. My work has deteriorated and I'm getting really sad.
I think there are others out there like me also looking for advice... thanks for everything WSO

I don't work in IB but I definitely felt this. When my firm offered to let people come back in phases, I volunteered to be one of the first. Having the same routine of getting ready, driving to work, eating lunch at the same time, etc. has helped me lately.
I agree with this. Motivation is definitely at all time low..
Buy (and use) a Peloton....my wife and I have both been surprised at how much we enjoy it both mentally and physically.
Wake up a bit earlier, grab a coffee (or tea) and walk through your neighborhood for 30-45 minutes. The morning is often cooler and quiet, which provides for an enjoyable beginning to most days.
Have done this a few times and has been extremely helpful. Will try to stick with this routine!
It works particularly well for me because its a grounding reminder that a world exists outside of endless comment turns ha.
