LATAM IB COMP
Does comp in LATAM IB differ from comp in regular coverage/products? Interested considering how some BB separate LATAM IB from regular groups.

Salary is on par but I believe bonuses are a bit less as they depend on deal flow/ revenue and Latam has fewer and smaller deals than U.S.
Could definitely see revenue being a factor. A lot of threads on here say some LatAm groups at BBs are swamped in comparison to other groups (ex: Citi).
Does anyone have any insight into avg salary/bonus progression at a BB in NYC? (from A1 to MD)
