Late recruitment advice

2nd sem junior currently. Transferred from T25 to an ivy. Wasn't fully interested in IB / finance during sophomore year so I missed recruitment cycle. Any advice on where to go from here would be appreciated, as far as if it is even possible to break into IB from here.

Will be hard. Likely analysts classes for the next two years are full / filling as we speak. Either lateral 12-18 months into another finance or consulting job or come in as an MBA associate (also requires working a couple years).
