I'm a senior in college who got a return offer from a BB SF bank after the summer. Tried to lateral but wasn't successful and really want to be in New York. Is it possible to lateral after 1 year? What does the timeline look like for that? Any advice would be much appreciated. Obviously super grateful to have an offer but really want to be on East Coast.
