I have worked at a middle market firm for 2 years now as an analyst will be up for promotion pretty soon. I have worked on three sell side deals and all closed too. I’m trying to make a lateral move as a senior analyst at a more reputed BB. Also from a non-target so nobody knows that my college exists. Has anyone been successful in doing that? If so, please share your experience.
