Will be joining a B4 Valuations group this summer for FT and want to get back into IB. Have previous IB experience and I have started rebuilding/expanding my network from the SA recruiting days. While BB would be nice I'm aiming towards the MM scene for the Pivot. Seems like from last year to this year there's been an increase. 2025 may be improving but come like January 2026 do you think it'll be manageable again? Made friends with a lot of lateral hiring recruiters as well.
