Lateral to Equivalent IB Industry Group from Corporate Banking
Hi everyone,
I'm a first-year analyst on an industry coverage group in corporate banking at a BB (Citi, JPM, BofA). I'm very curious how possible it would be to lateral to the equivalent IB coverage group. For example, how easy would it be for someone on the Healthcare Corporate Banking team to internally lateral to the Healthcare Investment Banking team?
If not super possible, is there anything that they could do to improve their chances?
