Leveraged Finance - Origination ? Execution ? Syndication ? HY vs LL teams?
Hello everyone, as the title suggests I am deeply confused by the titles that I find related to LevFin teams.
I understand that LevFin is composed of an Origination Team and a Syndication Team.
However, why do I see bankers that put "LevFin Execution", "LevFin Capital Markets" and "LevFin Structuring" as their job title? Could anyone please shed some light?
Also do some teams specialise only in HY bonds and others in TLBs?
