Leveraging another offer to get a better group?

I have accepted an offer after summer internship at a BB, and managed to secure a FT offer at another bank through recruiting after summer (I did not like my group hence tried to win an offer elsewhere).
Do you think I can use this offer and leverage it to get another group at the BB?
