Not sure about ranking, but PJT, Cowen (Soon to be TD Cowen Securities), Jefferies, BAML, SVB. These are in no particular order. Not sure if MTS does anything in Life Sciences. Torreya is also there.
If you had to put it in a rank, what would it be like?
Maybe PJT, BAML, Jefferies/SVB, Cowen? Tbh i think you can rank these depending on the transaction type. M&A is probably PJT first for sure. I’m sorry, maybe someone else can be of more help for a pure ranking.
