If true, it’s probably exciting news for the folks at William Blair. With Baird, and now Lincoln, raising salaries, it’ll be interesting to see how WB leadership responds.
They already did respond yesterday. Had an IB wide call and management acknowledged that Blair’s competitors had recently raised salaries, but gave no indication that they would be matching.
Oof that’s honestly pretty surprising. Hopefully they’ll catch up soon.
I guess street base is now $100k with some +/- $5k

All in was $190-200k for top bucket first-years. Its difficult to nail an exact range given the base salary bump this summer but believe 80-120 sounds right
Top bucket at Lincoln for 1st years was $188,497 all-in. Bonus was 94.19% of base.
