Strong firm, on some good stuff. A little sweaty but the culture is good. Comp is high. Exits are meh compared to other TMT EBs. Have lost a number of heads to PJT and others.

 

Oh lol sorry I think we’re having a miscommunication. I’m abbreviating LionTree as LT. So I’m talking ab like Advisory at LionTree. Not their investing arm.

 

ok, you can lateral from LionTree to anywhere else in tech or media. brand is strong.

 

Well respected firm with high comp. Heard culture is good but they’re known for long hours. As someone above said, their exits are solid and the few heads lost seem more like layoffs over people quitting. Not a lot of info on their investing side available but otherwise a reputable bank.
