Anyone know if processes have started and if they take non targets? Wanted to kickoff the process and also curious to see what’s the view on the firm by headhunters? LinkedIn has some edits that showcase but looks very unestablished.

There was a resume drop for targets a few weeks ago. It's probably difficult to land an interview if they don't post on your school's handshake.
