Literature Advice Leveraged Finance -HY Bond & Leveraged Loans
Hi everyone,
for a new role in leveraged finance I'm interested in detailed literature on HY bond & leveraged loan origination. If anyone has books or other literature to recommend that give some detail on documentation, market and process etc. that would be greatly appreciated.
