Seeing a lot of LMM posts recently and am curious if it’d be worth it to conduct a comp survey.
Unsure if it’d be useful as comp is all over the place at these firms (due to size, market, deal flow, etc.)
Nonetheless feel like a survey like this would help folks at these firms get a better pulse on what to expect.
