Local finance internship vs. corporate HR?

I'm currently weighing two offers: one HR internship at an F100 (ex./ Verizon, J&J, Boeing) and the other being in the finance department at my university (semi-target).

Controller is definitely better. Excel and PowerPoint and not negative association of HR
