London Spring Week Conversion

Have received multiple offers for 2023 springs at BB’s (GS,MS,JPM) and EB’s (PJT, LAZ, ROTH) and was curious on the conversion process to Sa. More particularly on what to expect from the typical case studies at the end of the programme. Any insight/info from former participants who successfully converted would be much appreciated.

Hi PaulAllensGlasses, whoops, looks like nobody chimed in here.... maybe one of these discussions below is relevant:

More suggestions...

Fingers crossed that one of those helps you.

The different conversion processes I've been through have been:

• Every participant fast tracked to SA HireVue

• Participants selectively invited to final stage superdays , just standard final round interviews

• Some participants converted after asking good questions on the SW, some other participants selectively invited to a networking session/stock pitch, following stage was final stage AC with other SA applicants

• Every participant invited to two final round interviews

• Every participant invited to two final round interviews (different firm^)

For the most part it's just straightforward interviews to convert and making a good impression during the spring

Imagine doing a whole spring week to just be fast tracked to a HireVue lol
