Looking for Advice on Applications

Hello everyone! I am a junior at a semi-target school hoping to get into investment banking in the long term. So far I've done very poorly on recruiting which I mostly attribute to a lack of networking and focus last summer/fall. I had a couple interviews and managed to get a superday with an elite boutique, but I couldn't turn any of them into job offers. I think my resume is pretty strong (top 2-5% of my class and a couple finance/econ research internships), but I've been having a hard time with the more soft-skill side of things like cold-emailing and informational interviews. Does anyone have any advice for steps I can take to improve these skills or things that I can look at for this summer to set myself up for full-time recruiting? I would really appreciate any help!
