Looking for Advice, What do I do???

Over the past few months, I've done everything I've been supposed to be doing for IB SA 2024 recruiting - networking my ass off, I've gotten a good amount of first rounds, and even 3 superdays. But for some reason, I just keep getting rejected and rejected, and at this point, I'm not sure what to do anymore. I'm still in the process for 2 firms, but at this point, am not sure if they're even going anywhere. It's already late April, and I still don't have any offers, and I don't know what to do anymore. Considering pivoting to consulting or asset mgmt (hedge funds, etc) or just spamming a bunch of no-name banks? I'd definitely prefer to stay in banking, I go to a "target non-target" and am originally from the Bay Area, so I could just look in to tiny banks in SF, but obv would not be ideal in comparison to doing something at a MM/boutique. Anyways, not sure what to do, feeling pretty hopeless rn, and any advice would be appreciated.
