Looking for real estate investment banking contacts
Hey everyone,
I'm a junior at a strong semi target with a 3.84 GPA. It took me awhile to figure out what coverage group I was most interested in and so I spent my sophomore internship exploring groups at a boutique IB. I'm happy to say that I'll be working at a REIT this summer for my junior internship and I've lived both in LA and NY so location is definitely not a concern for me.
I've accessed my school's alumni list for real estate investment bankers or bankers who could know people in that coverage group, but unfortunately there aren't many contacts in real estate. After plenty of cold emails and no replies, I decided to see if there were any REIB bankers on the forum that I could PM or could PM me.
My goal is to be an early candidate for any full time analyst positions that could open up after the summer and to generally get to know more people in the industry.
