Anyone have any info on these guys? In terms of other IM/MF/HF, how well they rank in relation to their competitors?

Does anyone know more about Loomis Sayles? The people, the work, the culture, the methods, compensation, etc?
I saw them mentioned in a Bloomberg article recently. I had a look at the website. I'm quite interested in the fixed income Asset Management side of things, and I'm keen to learn more about some of the specialised firms in the area. So if anyone has some more info or experience with them, I'd love to hear it!
