M&A Job/Interview Preperation
I'm currently a university junior looking at going into M&A at a fortune 500 company. They don't specialize in M&A, but do have a small devision that works in it. I've had experience with M&A, LBO, DCF and company analysis through Wall Street Prep and school work, but not at a professional level. My question is, what tips does do you guys have on preparing for the interview and the questions I may receive? Or if you work in the industry, what do you look for in candidates?
