Macquarie online assessment?
Anyone know what to expect on Macquarie online assessment? Was told by the hiring manager than I would need to complete an assessment before superday. Anyone have experience with this?

Any company that forces you to do an online assessment, pymetrics, or cognitive skills test is not a place I would ever want to work
If OP is applying for London, this mindset would rule out 95% of firms.
I 100% agree, I think those test are dump especially, I'm coming in as 2nd / 3rd year analyst. I have already done 3 rounds of technical interview and nailed all the questions. Now, as part company policy, it need to do these bullshit online testing that's supposed to mimic a SAT.
