Maternity Leave / Bonuses
Anyone any data points on how firms adjust bonuses (if at all) for maternity leave?
If someone took 3 months; would it be reasonable to expect pro-rata for the bonus element?
havent seen much on this so keen to understand in practise
from what I've heard its a proration. usually just a % proration based on months on leave. However, if someone was to be out on leave during an especially tough or profitable deal, I imagine things could be slightly different.
