Should probably initiate some type of scheduling now. Set a placeholder time or something maybe. He can change the time next week if he needs but may not want to go back and forth again
+1 this. Always ask for 15-20 minutes at x, y, or zpm EST on _day, _day, or _day.
Of course, change the time zone to wherever they are located, NYC time (EST) is a safe bet for US.
I agree with above. Start scheduling now, you don’t want to waste his time. Ask for his availability and also tell him your availability.
You want to be as efficient with his time as possible to prevent back and forth emails.
Just say,
“Hi ABC,
That sounds great. How do the below days and times look for you? Happy to send an invite out if any may work:
Provide days and times
Best, XYZ”
