Medical Procedure
Hit the desk (AN1) this past week and unfortunately due to a preexisting medical condition, I need to get surgery next week to repair the issue. Got it approved for the day off since I’ll be under anesthesia but was looking for advice on how to manage the recovery process over the first few weeks on the desk.
Will have to go to physical therapy for appointments while adjusting to my schedule getting busier and mobility constraints being at my desk all day, anyone have experience with this? Just want to make as strong of a recovery as possible with no lasting health issues but also want to perform well.
