Mental Strength
How does one keep it together in high finance with all the abuse, pressure, and disappointment? I'm yet to enter the industry, and I've done pretty well mentally thus far. But looking at all the anecdotes on here, it's clear that I must toughen my mentality further, and I wonder how you folks do it? Is it innate? If not, how do you keep building that and extending or rather resisting your 'breakpoint'?
