Mild/Severe Back Acne-- Any tips or suggestions?

I'm going to intern in IB this summer and currently have some dilemmas regarding my back acne. While most of it is gone with Accutane, there are some keloid scars and very small blood stains on my shirts (I try generally to wear non-white shirts), and it's a big insecurity of mine. Is there any advice on what I should do this upcoming summer? Does wearing an undershirt help hide the bumps/prevent small blood stains on my dress shirt? Just wanted to ask around here if anyone has had similar issues in the past and how they tackled it. I just don't want to give the impression that I'm dirty this summer.
Just wear a t-shirt under and you’ll be fine
get some of these. they breathe well, are comfy, and you cant really see them under white dress shirts. I wear them daily.
you wont be able to see any bumps or divots with this on. Especially since your dress shirt will be a bit looser

Had this issue and derm wanted to put me on accutane - said no cause of side effects. But could be an option.
My advice is to not take your shirt off at the office you kinky boii hmu tho
Wear a tshirt
Are you sufficiently scrubbing your back? There’s special body washes for this
I do wash my back pretty intensely. What's the wash called? Willing to give it a try.
Try Panoxyl as a wash for your back. Would also suggest not scrubbing too hard to the point they bleed - that can spread the bacteria around more. If the acne is more cystic, consider going on something like Lymecycline which is a step or two down from something like Accutane. Minimal side effects and quite good at what it does. Shirts are a good shout to stop blood appearing through shirts but can also suggest pimple patches. Very discreet and can help solve the spot itself, but would also contain blood, etc. the whole time until you take them off.

Lay off the juice
Look up panothentic acid, vitamin B5. You can get it on Amazon and it significantly helped me with adult acne issues.
Have you tried benzoyl peroxide or Hibiclens?
