Mine level modeling

Heyo,

Anyone know where I could find some mine level modeling guides? - Not primers.

Anything from base to precious metals; also if there's anything about different kinds of processing (sulfide vs oxide, etc), that'd be awesome.

Thanks!

- Will give SB if you have something half decent

Edumine has some good stuff. But they're closer to the "primer" category than not. Also more focused on mine-specific information.

Are you talking about stuff like 3D modelling for mines?

I would... but the truth is I can't sell my soul to myself... http://www.investopedia.com/terms/b/blackknight.asp

No, financial. And yeah, interesting but not quite what I'm looking for.

More like working down from ore mined to metals sold and revenue, c1 costs, etc

Usually you begin with mineral reserves and resources. Your projection period will be based on that.

Some variables to get you started: Volume of processed ore (ROM - run of mine), average grade (g / t) - for precious stones, for instance. Then you have the production volume. You can have an average sale price per gram, and so on. Cost and expenses assumptions are usually set by ton (mining, filtering, logistics, freight)..

Hope this helps a bit.
