Modelling experience through valuation case study in CV?

Hello everyone, last spring I did an internship at a BB bank and I had to work through a valuation case study for a automobile company at the end. It basically included an entire DCF valuation, comps and precedents analysis. How would you include this in your CV? My school advises to state any model experience explicitly at the beginning when describing the tasks that you performed during an internship. However, I am having second thoughts because this might come across as an overstatement?

Thanks!!

my bullet would go like: built dcf model for valuation of xy company including derivation of wacc (...)

To be honest this exercise was probably one of the most helpful tasks and it taught me way more than incorporating 5000 mark ups in a pitch. So I kind of want to include it but not sure how to formulate it appropriately.

Avoid going into copious detail on your resume. A bullet like "Comprehensive valuation exercise for automotive company, including DCF, comparables and precedent analysis" would be enough. Any more detail is for talking.

Those who can, do. Those who can't, post threads about how to do it on WSO.

Thank you very much!

As for the scope of detail in your CV: is it better to keep everything very general for an IBD internship if you use that CV for applying to full-time roles (in another city) or should you also include some specifics, such as sector, deal value, specific tasks etc.?
