Models and Management

Not sure if this goes here so if it doesn't then can a mod move it to the right subforum? Thanks.

Can anybody clue me in on what sort of modeling I can expect going in as a junior financial analyst at a decent sized (UBS, MS, Schwab) firm? A few guys I've spoke to over the phone have mentioned to be sure to brush up on modeling before starting but they weren't clear on what specific type (dcf, 3 statement, cf, etc) and I didn't think to ask at the time. Also, anybody have any tips or things they wish they new as a junior that they want to sure?
