Moelis & Company Full-time PCA Group vs Generalist program
Recently applied to Moelis and Co's NYC full-time program and wanted to see what overall opinions are between the PCA Group and the Generalist group. From my understanding, the firm assigns most of their placement through their internship program, so essentially, the generalist application for full-time would just be allocating individuals to wherever space is needed, including those where people most likely did not want to return to.
Moe PCA is not even top like EVR. Also, Moe also recruits SA seperately for between PCA and MA/RX. I would go for generalist
