Can anyone comments on the Moelis Dubai office in terms of culture, hours, comp, and exit opps? I'm interested in working in the region and they seem pretty active there.

Great deal flow, especially in Energy. Nice exposure to high profile deals. Small team (they regularly borrow London bankers). Long hours due to deal flow.

Appreciate your answers. Would you say they put in longer hours than Moelis USA/UK?
Yeah would definitely say they put in more hours than in the U.K., probably on par with LA/NYC but then again hard to say without actually working in those places. However even though moelis generally works you hard, it’s not like you’re putting 110h week over week For months at a time like people say on WSO
My buddy (well, our wives hang out so we do, does that count?) is a VP at Moelis in LA/NYC. I do not envy his hours, and I REALLY do not envy his analyst's hours.
