I would say if you understood (not memorized) every concept and every variation of question in the 400 guide you're in solid shape. If you memorized, you may be screwed. However, depending on the group, you may be asked some out of the guide questions that you may or may not be able to answer depending on how deep you dug to understand each concept. Most "out of the guide techs" are usually not going to be computational but more logical and testing to see if you can think of a topic in a different way than what the guides portray.
