What is up with Moelis SF? Heard first year analysts last less than a year because either they are let go or leave voluntarily because the culture is bad. Can anyone confirm? I heard Moelis Sf had great culture. I mean how are so many analysts just being fired lol.

Heard a rumour that Moelis is winning business from Evercore/MS/Qatalyst now. Theyre the go-to shop for $2b+ sponsor sell sides. Definitely a growing team
