What is up with Moelis SF? Heard first year analysts last less than a year because either they are let go or leave voluntarily because the culture is bad. Can anyone confirm? I heard Moelis Sf had great culture. I mean how are so many analysts just being fired lol.

Have not heard anything remotely close on my end unfortunately. They are competing with everyone out there, whether that be Q or RBC.
