Morgan Stanley Capital Markets vs. Macquarie Investment Banking?

SA2021 offers. How different are pay, and exit opps? I've read a fair amount about Macquarie exit opps, but how about capital markets at MS? I'd probably try to get into ECM.

Also, is it better to do IBD summer analyst with MacCap and then try to recruit full time IBD at a different bank (if I dont want to stay with Macquarie) or capital markets within MS and try to switch to IBD at MS after internship?

Thank you!

Culture tip here, are you a broey type? MSCM will be great fit if so. Not saying you won't fit in otherwise but you'll be quite happy if you're looking for a fratty group

Forsure that's where it's concentrated given most 1st yrs tend to hang out with eachother, even when not at work given they've just moved to wherever the office is.
