Morgan Stanley FT Sell Day
Recently signed with Morgan Stanley and wanted to know if anybody has heard anything about Sell Day for full-time analyst? Or even if anyone has already had sell day...I know they conduct interviews in tiers, wonder if they do the same with Sell Day.

I've signed as well, but haven't received the email yet. What's the date of the sell day? since i'm working in menlo park, though, my process might be different.

Sell Day is when you have a generalist offer and you have to go to the firm and sell yourself on why you would be a good fit for a specific group and groups who don't get much attention selling you on why you should be in their group.
It usually works by you ranking your top 3-5, getting a chance to meet with your top 3-5, them ranking you and then HR plays a matching game.
there's no problem guys, HR said they will contact us in the coming weeks to work out exact dates (most likely in January)
I had my sell day with MS a month ago.
i'm working ms ibd in nyc next year as well, hr told me that we should hear more "over the next few weeks."
Will capital markets be run similarly?

Still no word from HR? I feel MS HR people are a bit unorganized.
All HR are a bit disorganized at BB's. They have hundreds of kids to manage and organize while boutiques only have a few. Anyone know about how MS energy is doing?

Reached out to HR and a few other incoming analyst and we're still in the dark. I thought it would be Jan/Feb based on historical post.
ive heard that if you are a non-returning SA, you dont find out group placement definitively until AFTER training.
When is sell day for SA's?
