Most toxic groups at RBC TO?

I’ve heard only good things from friends there. Some groups like M&A grind harder, but for the Toronto office I haven’t heard of anyone being toxic. Which is weird because you hear nothing but bad things from RBC Calgary
RBC Toronto is chill in terms of personalities mostly. Definitely NOT Calgary.
What are the issues with Calgary? Is it mainly challenging personalities at the senior level?

Poor leadership has ultimately created a culture of fear, mistrust and toxicity. Lots of backstabbing, treating employees like garbage, lack of boundaries, excessive hours, and duplicity is why there are chronic retention issues
