What are the issues with Calgary? Is it mainly challenging personalities at the senior level?

 

Poor leadership has ultimately created a culture of fear, mistrust and toxicity. Lots of backstabbing, treating employees like garbage, lack of boundaries, excessive hours, and duplicity is why there are chronic retention issues
