MS Menlo vs PJT M&A

Currently in a lower-tier BB (NYC), looking to lateral and in an advanced process with these firms.

Which one would you go for if you want to optimize for exits, experience, and just overall standing / quality?

Take MS Menlo, it is the best coverage group at MS and one of the best tech groups (along with GS TMT and Qatalyst), an industry that is super hot and you'd be a fool to not be exposed to it (unless you really hate tech).

PJT M&A is fine and all but it is nothing outstanding if we are being fair. Deal flow at a place like MS Menlo is going to be substantially better.
