NEED ADVICE-Corp Fin. to MM IBD in Minneapolis

Squad, I'm in need of some advice. I've been lurking on this site for a few years and it's finally time for me to make a move. I'm entering my last rotation in a F100 development program (think GE,JJ etc) and due to personal/family issues need to move back up to the Midwest (Minneapolis). I'm interested in making a jump into IBD and know that Minneapolis has a handful of solid MM banks. My question to you is, with my experience am I a strong candidate or does the previous 1.5-2 years of Corp Fin hurt my chances. A little background--graduated from a semi-target state school, solid GPA and ranked highly in my development program class.

Any advice is helpful team, cheers!
