Need help for Business and Finance interview questions
Hi, guys, I am currently preparing for an interview that's gonna be held tomorrow. It's a business and finance role at a boutique bank. Which I think will help me get to IB after. I heard the some of the questions they asked for the previous year are:
- You're working in a project with a tight deadline, how do you make sure you meet the deadlines? What tools will you use to assure that?
- What tools will you use to analyze variances?
- How do you do budgeting and ensure not overspend?
I would greatly appreciate someone already in the industry to share some opinions about these questions!
