Need help for Business and Finance interview questions

Hi, guys, I am currently preparing for an interview that's gonna be held tomorrow. It's a business and finance role at a boutique bank. Which I think will help me get to IB after. I heard the some of the questions they asked for the previous year are:

  1. You're working in a project with a tight deadline, how do you make sure you meet the deadlines? What tools will you use to assure that?
  2. What tools will you use to analyze variances?
  3. How do you do budgeting and ensure not overspend?

I would greatly appreciate someone already in the industry to share some opinions about these questions!
