Need response ASAP but don't want to spam connections

Have been chatting with an office for a FT position and have had networking calls with 2 people in the office that went well. I live on the west coast but am planning on flying to NY for a couple of interviews next week however the office I have been chatting with is in Boston. I emailed yesterday asking if they would be open to a coffee chat in person but so far no response. I ordinarily would wait longer to send a follow up but since I am flying out next week I kinda need a response so I know whether I need to add a Boston stop ASAP but don't want to bother them so soon and to come across as spamming them. If I email again explaining the situation do you think they would understand or would it come across badly? Thanks
