Need suggestions.. getting that sophomore year/junior year iBanking internship

Hey all. I'm a prospective business school student at a top public undergrad business school and I just finished 1st year with about a 3.90 GPA and some extracurricular activities. I hope to someday work for a top BB firm, my dream job is to work in New York, like most people. What are good investment banking internships I can start applying now as of June? Anyone know of a good list of externships offered in wintertime, and what are deadlines for those? What are some good internships that take sophomore college students and are good but not too hard to get into (not like JPMorgan, etc)? How about externships over spring break?

Also, I would love any investment banking professional out there wants to critique my resume and hopefully give me some advice! For example, how should I write/word my professional experience and E.C.'s ANY SUGGESTIONS ARE WELCOME
