Has anyone been able to do phone interviews with analysts working at JPM IB? I’ve sent 20+ emails to people in various coverage teams and product groups over the past few months but haven’t gotten any responses. Should I follow up with people if it’s been more than a month since my initial email?

Jpm doesn’t care about networking nor do they do referrals. Spend time elsewhere
They look at ur resume, gpa, target and also the hirevue responses. Spoke to 3 analysts in the m&a and tech team and all said jp is meritocratic and don’t do referrals or consider networking anymore
Do they no longer have diversity programs? We need more diversity in the workplace

So there’s no point in networking there? Surely there is some behind the scenes happening?
