Personally, I think it looks more professional when it's in the proper format which would include the bank's address.

Guys, be careful with JPMorgan.
They had a lot of building changes over the past few months. I actually heard that HR is now at 530 Fifth, but I wasn't sure so I didn't want to post it. Can anyone verify?
Edit: Also, doesn't DB have a building on Park Avenue at around 49th st? Can anyone confirm which building the HR department is in?
