Nomura IBD Groups

What are the best groups at Nomura? In terms of deal flow and activity as well as culture? If anyone has insight, that'd be awesome.

I've heard their Industrials, Sponsors, and LevFin groups are doing well. Any others people know of?

Thanks.

I would personally rule out sponsors / LevFin. Nomura is very very rarely leading deals in this space (which is the most important in my opinion) - in levfin deals they are mostly on the right i.e. not doing much work, therefore it is not ideal in terms of analyst experience

I would pick a coverage group in this sense, and I believe that Industrials is usually the industry team with a lot of deal flow in most banks (at least from what I have seen) - therefore it should not be a bad choice.
