Non-Diversity SA 2025

Ccurious to hear which banks have already kicked off processes for non-diversity or if they're wrapping up diversity recruiting soon. Haven't gotten interviews yet despite networking pretty hard and I'm from a target 3.7+

I know that Moelis is pretty much done div + non-div, HL as well but what about the BBs, Evercore, Gugg?

Thanks all if you have any insight.

I’ll add some value here: diversity recruiting at Evercore, Lazard, Centerview Partners, and the BBs are wrapping up. These processes were accelerated by a few weeks this cycle than previous ones—principally through diversity programs.

There are a handful of accelerated interviews happening RIGHT NOW at the EBs and BBs for last minute diversity recruits and for well-connected non-diversity recruits (from target schools).

“Pure” non-div recruiting will kick off—according to contacts I have at EBs/BBs—mid-late March to mid April (depending on the bank).

EBs will be “offers out” end of March, high likelihood this cycle. BBs will dole offers out throughout April.
