Non-Target Former Summer Intern into IB?

This past summer I had an internship at a fortune 500 company in my area, but it is by no means an IB position. I also go to a non-target liberal arts school. Advice on how to break into IB? I have a solid resume, but no one seems to want to listen.

Investment Banking 7 Stories Review

“Use the STAR structure: Situation, Task, Action, Result. Spend most of your time on what you did, not the backstory. Say "I" instead of "we" so interviewers can judge your contribution. Quantify results whenever possible, like "cut turnaround from five days to two." End with what you learned. Pick stories with real stakes, keep answers to about two minutes, and prepare five to seven flexible stories you can adapt to different questions. Practice out loud so it sounds natural, not memorized. If you share a real story, I can give specific feedback.”
