I know there are a lot of data points in the bonus threads regarding bonuses but was curious on the above. What are reasonable IB bonus expectations (as a % of base salary) during normalized years (i.e. excluding 2021)?
I’ve always been told 50-70% of base is a safe guess but understand that can vary firm to firm. Any datapoints / specific expectations for Analysts / associates would be helpful.
