Current student at UMN school of business looking to do investment banking in the area. I’ve heard Northborne Partners has been on fire recently in LMM/MM pays nearly identical to firms like Piper, and had a great culture. If anyone has any insight or has a better idea based on their team/deals (I don’t know exactly what to look for) that would be great.
